  • How long will it take for the holding fee to be refunded back to my account?
Up to 5 business days depending on your bank. Please contact a CITSA representative if there are delays.
  • Why is there a holding fee for entry?
The holding fee is in place to ensure you have the available funds to purchase from the store. The holding fee amount is based on an average basket size purchase of a drink/food item.
  • What if I don’t have enough money in my account to enter?
Please see CITSA staff member representative for alternative options.
  • What happens if someone walks through the store gates behind me without tapping/inserting their own debit or credit card?
Your card will be charged if a person walks through the gates directly after you without tapping/inserting their own debit or credit card. If you wish to pay separately, please ensure no one enters through the gates directly behind you.
  • What happens if I walk into the store and decide I don’t want to purchase anything?
You will not be charged. You will only be charged with items that you exit the store with. The holding fee will be returned to your account in full in up to 5 business days.
  • Will I be charged if I pick something up then put it down again?
No. You will only be charged with items that you exit the store with.
  • How can I get my receipt?
Scan the QR code displayed at the store and follow instructions, alternatively you can pre-register your psychical card to receive automated receipts each time you use the store. 
  • How do I exchange an item?

  • How can I get a refund?
Please see CITSA staff member representative.
  • Are the refunds instant?
You should receive the refund back into your account instantly.
  • What if I want to customise my food order?
