Job Title: IT Service Trainee / Level 1 IT Specialist
Job Description: We’re a quickly growing local IT managed service provider, servicing a wide array of local and national organisations. It’s now time to welcome another passionate problem solver to our team!

The primary focus of the role will be to resolve or escalate all technical support queries in a timely manner in order to exceed service level agreements with all customers. Technical support will be by both phone, remotely and in person.
       
Provide onsite level 1 desktop, server and network support to a variety of clients across Canberra.
        Installation and management of windows desktops and server technologies
        Manage and troubleshoot all network issues
        General maintenance of all backup solutions

Technical Requirements

Active Directory
        Exchange
        Level 1 Desktop / Network Support
        Windows Desktop OS’s
        Windows Server
        Office 365

Your Profile

You will be a strong generalist in relations to the above technical requirements and have ideally come from a managed services environment or currently studying tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.

Exceptionally well presented
        Strong Customer / Client Focus
        Willingness to learn and develop
        Excellent Communication Skills
        Car drivers license
       
        2+ years’ experience in a similar roleor
        currently studying tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
