Uni Sights 2018 – National Campus Photo + Video Competition

Don’t let the word ‘Uni’ in the competition name fool you! Uni Sights 2018 is opened to all students including TAFE students here at CIT. This year’s competition theme is ‘Share Your Perspective of Student Life’ and you can capture your perspective of your student experience in an individual still photograph, a portfolio of photographs (maximum 6) or a short video incorporating your campus. Prizes include cash, equipment and access to support networks.

Submissions close 21 September 2018

Apprentice Kitchen Pop-Up Brekky at Cafe Yala, Reid

In the next four weeks of June, Apprentice Kitchen will be hosting a ‘Pop-Up Brekky’ outside of Cafe Yala, Reid. The culinary apprentices will be cooking up your breakfast from 9am onwards, so swing by for a $6.50 brekky menu item or a $10 combo with your choice of menu item + a large coffee.

2018 Annual General Meeting

As a CITSA member, you have the chance to run for the CITSA Council, 9 elected students and 2 non-student reps. The Council represents its members and is a channel of communication with CIT as well as providing services, facilities and amenities for its members. You can nominate by filling out and submitting this Council Nomination Form 2018 to any CITSA Office in hard copy.

It’s that time of the year again people! Voting NOW open for the 2018 Teacher Of The Year Awards. Show your appreciation for the love and passion of your favourite teacher.

Voting forms are at every CITSA office, Yala, & Fresh2Go. Keep your eyes peeled for extra encouragement to vote (CITSA will be handing out freebie sweets & drinks). Alternatively, vote online here.

The awards presentation will be held on Thursday 25th October.
