Who we want

We want self-starters with high standards, great interpersonal skills and attention to detail, who will help maintain Goodwin’s top reputation. You must be able to follow procedures, complete documentation and work unsupervised.  Most of all we want you to care about our seniors.

Experience in delivering care to seniors is essential, and a Certificate III in Aged Care is highly desirable., Goodwin provides skills training and sponsors employees to gain Certificate III and higher qualifications.

Employees with a commencement date on or after 1 May 2020 must have an annual influenza vaccination if working at Goodwin. All new employees who start their employment with Goodwin on or after this date will need to provide Goodwin with written evidence that they have had their annual influenza vaccine prior to commencing
