Opportunities are available for ICT Field Technicians seeking flexible work that fits around study, family, or other commitments.
TechFielders connects skilled professionals with technology projects across Australia, supporting major technology integrators, vendors, and service providers with on-demand field resources. Responsibilities include:
- Device configuration and deployment
- Racking and stacking
- Site surveys and audits
- Wi-Fi and network rollouts
- Hardware installation and troubleshooting
- Technology refresh projects
Work spans commercial, government, and enterprise environments, providing valuable hands-on ICT experience.
Requirements:
✔ Reliable, proactive, and professional
✔ Strong teamwork and communication skills
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✔ Comfortable using basic tools and technology setups
✔ Driver’s licence and own transport preferred
✔ White Card, Police Check, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Government project experience is advantageous
✔ Defence and government security clearances (NV1, NV2, Baseline, Negative Vetting or higher) highly regarded but not required
No previous experience is essential – attitude, reliability, and aptitude are highly valued.
