General reception duties; answering telephones and general enquiries, meeting and greeting clients, managing appointments and coordinating daily mail.

Data entry, billing, receipting and processing Eftpos/Hicaps payments.

Management of the day to day operations of the practices Liaise and support the directors, physiotherapists and other administration departments.

Maintaining stock supplies and the overall appearance of the clinic This position is for 38 hours per week (Monday – Thursday 8am – 6pm)

Ideally you must have:

Experience in medical/ allied health reception Prior experience with Smartsoft/Frontdesk software or similar medical billing software (preferred but not essential) A current drivers licence and car Excellent communication skills A well-presented and professional manner Exceptional knowledge of computers Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to maintain a strict level of patient confidentiality Ability to work both autonomously and with others as part of a team Enjoy dealing directly with our valued clients and maximising their experience Australian residency with full working rights
